Refund policy
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted and should be read in conjunction with Section 5 (Refunds Policy) of our Terms and Conditions.
Due to the digital nature of the Product, all purchases are considered final; however, we may grant refunds under the conditions outlined below.
Customers may request a refund within 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, the customer must:
- Provide a clear and reasonable explanation detailing why the Product did not meet expectations or did not function as intended
- Submit the request through our official support channel
If a refund is approved:
- The customer must formally certify that they have permanently deleted and destroyed all copies of the Product in their possession
- The customer must also certify that they have not shared, distributed, reproduced, or otherwise disseminated the Product in any form
Any violation of the above conditions, including unauthorized copying or distribution, will result in immediate loss of eligibility for a refund and may lead to further legal action.
We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests at our sole discretion.
